This spring break didn’t go quite as planned, but I did manage to accomplish one goal – redoing my bedroom! I’ve been wanting to start this project for a while now, but I knew it would take longer than a weekend, and college has just been in the way. So last Sunday, I made my way out to IKEA and loaded up on new furniture, lamps, pillows, and a gorgeous duvet that I’m still not over. Here’s where I’m at right now! (Sorry for the zero daylight iPhone quality, I totally forgot to take these earlier and I’m back to my dorm tonight!)
I have one problem though. Blank. Space. And not the Taylor Swift version, because how could that ever be a problem? I mean blank wall space. My ceilings are 12 flipping feet tall, and I have nothing on them yet.
My plan is to make a gallery wall above my bed, with prints and personal pictures. That’s where I could use your help! Do you know or own a shop that sells beautiful prints? I would love to hear about them! I’ll probably need to find/make at least 10 prints, so any suggestions are appreciated!
p.s. have you checked out my new Pinterest group board? Everyone is welcome to join!

Oh this is so exciting! :) I’ve been needing to redo my room at home for awhile. I love the white and the minimalism approach to your decorations! Looks so wonderful! :) A gallery wall would be an awesome touch too. I used photos I took on my own, some old posters and some gifts from friends when I made mine. I hope yours turns out just the way you imagine it!
Thanks Gina! I originally had a super bright cotton candy blue, and I couldn’t handle it anymore, so I decided to tone it down with this color! I was slightly inspired by Whitney Blake’s new office, which I’m in love with. Now I just have to fill it up with the right things! :)
I am in a similar situation. Recently moved into a new apartment and I so don’t like the blank walls..

It’s so hard to decide what to put there! There are just too many options.
Aaah girl, it looks great. Love the clean lines of it all. As for prints, check out Etsy! I bought a few cute prints from https://www.etsy.com/shop/JillianAudreyDesigns and I also bought a digital print from the movie Up from https://www.etsy.com/shop/Cre8T and just sent it to a photoprint website to print it in any size I wanted. Happy decorating xxx
Thank you!! I love those shops! Those photographs are just gorgeous!
That turned out so great! We are also trying to fill a wall in my office which I recently re-did!
Thank you! And good luck on your office! :)
I love the idea of a gallery wall there!
Thank you! I have no idea what else to put there, so I figure the gallery will work great!
